Advertisers must agree to refund full price on any advertised item to unsatisfied readers who return the merchandise promptly and in good condition (except advertisers selling personalized merchandise).
DIGITAL SPECS
•All Files are due by space closing for issue.
•Incomplete files or files not conforming to size and the formatting requirements listed below cannot be accepted or placed in a timely matter.
•We prefer accepting Marketplace Ads in DIGITAL format.
Digital files can ONLY be accepted using the following standards:
•Ads in DIGITAL format are to be submitted on ZIP disk, for the Macintosh.
•Layouts are to be submitted in Quark Xpress program, using CMYK color.
•Color proofs must accompany all files; Black and White proofs for B/W ads.
•All FONTS must be included--SCREEN AND PRINTER FONTS
•Any special illustrations, shadows, enhanced type, must be in EPS format, CMYK
•High Resolution scans must be scanned in at 254 PPI to print properly. Please save scans as EPS file in PHOTOSHOP. We cannot be responsible for images resulting from poor quality scanning or damaged chromes provided to us. Chromes will be returned. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged chromes. |
