BAUER PUBLISHING GROUP PROMOTES TINA DONVITO TO EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF TWIST MAGAZINE |

| ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ (July 15, 2008) – Bauer Publishing Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Tina Donvito from executive editor to editor-in-chief of teen celebrity style magazine TWIST. Donvito succeeds Molly MacDermot who was previously helming both TWIST and M magazine and will now focus solely on M. Donvito began her tenure at Bauer in 2005 as deputy editor of M magazine, where she helped create one of the fastest growing teen magazines on the newsstand. She then moved to TWIST as executive editor in January 2007, where she’s been instrumental in growing the title: first half 2008 (January to June) newsstand sales have increased 27 percent. “Tina has contributed significantly to the success of both TWIST and M in our Teen Group,” said Hubert Boehle, president and chief executive officer of Bauer Publishing Group. “I am confident she will be a fantastic brand steward and will continue providing teens with the fashion and celebrity news they want.” The September 2008 issue of TWIST, hitting newsstands August 11, will be the first published under Donvito as editor-in-chief. “I look forward to continuing the growth and success of the TWIST brand with the support of my dedicated staff,” Donvito said. “I’m honored to be entrusted with the responsibility of this position. We are producing a quality product for teens that helps build their confidence and self-esteem while delivering outstanding style and entertainment coverage.” Prior to Bauer, Donvito served as editor and senior editor respectively at Meredith Corporation’s custom entertainment publication ONDIRECTV from 2003 to 2005. She also held various editorial positions at CableView Publications at DIRECTV-TheGuide and CableView magazine between 1997 and 2003. TWIST is a celebrity news title for teen girls with an emphasis on fashion, beauty and body image.
